The V6 technology adds some more fuel to the performance rides. The V8s are massively big, and the inline-4 are pretty small. But the V6 are subtle and do the business quite neatly. There are plenty of automobile manufacturers who are working on the V6 development. While the coupes are certainly the best match for this drivetrain. The minimal weight lets the V6 engine to gird its loins. Well, we have selected some V6 Coupes from a notch of hundreds of cars. And have listed them in Top 10 V6 Coupes 2017. Let’s give them a look:

1. Acura NSX:

The naturally aspirated V6 is fast but not really fast. The turbocharged or the twin-turbo V6 takes some additional power. While the supercharged take in some more power. Well, Q60 launches from 0 – 62 mph in 4.5 seconds and has the top speed of 155 mph. These are certainly some powerful figures. But, the Q50 even has the same figures.

5. Nissan Z:

The Nissan Z has a 3.7 L V6 engine which offers 332 hp of power. The drivetrain is pretty suitable for the manual transmission, but the optional automatic destroys the fun. Well, the Nissan Z makes the 0 – 62 mph run in 5.1 seconds. And its track best is 157 mph.

6. Chevrolet Camaro:

The Chevrolet has been working on developing the performance cars for long. The company has converted the muscle cars into the sports cars. The Chevrolet Camaro takes in the new 3.6 L V6 engine. This engine is rated at 335 hp @ 284 lb – ft of torque. With this fresh powertrain, the Camaro is capable of launching from 0 – 62 mph in 5.2 seconds with the track best of 155 mph. Indeed, she is a Camaro.

7. Cadillac ATS Coupe:

The figures are much like the errand runners. Well in our tests Challenger with the V6 was capable of reaching 145 mph. That is certainly a decent figure for a city car.

10. Lexus RC300 F Sport:

Japanese are pretty expert in designing the sports cars. They tune the same engine to perform at multiple ratings. Well, same is the case with the Lexus RC300 F Sport. It gets the 3.5 L detuned V6 engine with 255 hp @ 236 lb – ft of torque. Though it’s an all – wheels – drive car, but it has been designed for bringing groceries. This car takes 6.6 hefty seconds to move from 0 to 62 mph. And the track best of this errand runner is 145 mph.
